Steve is Head of Technical Project Delivery at Equiniti in their Data Solutions team. Steve leads a team of actuaries, project managers, consultants and pension specialists delivering large scale DB, DC and CARE projects for private and public sector schemes.
Steve has been working in the industry since 2001 and in that time has delivered pension scheme buyout, data cleanse, data migration, benefit rectification, GMP rectification and equalisation projects. Steve currently sits on Equiniti’s GMP equalisation steering group and has helped form their GMP Equalisation solution.
Steve is a PRINCE2 and Agile Practitioner, a member of the Pensions Management Institute and Charted Insurance Institute. He has an MSc in Business and e-commence Management.
