Stephen joined the industry in 1997, starting his career with Legal & General and Barclays Life. He moved to boutique IFAs in Kingston, and later the West End, working as a Wealth Manager for several years whilst gaining industry qualifications.
Stephen joined Alexander Forbes in 2005 where he established their desk-based consultancy team, pension transfer business, working closely with pension scheme members, and later moving to strategic development of their DC pension proposition.
On acquisition by JLT, more recently Stephen has managed Client Relationship Management teams, set-up and managed the Financial Education team and headed-up the development of their DC Group Pension proposition. This role has now broadened to the development of the wider Benefits Consulting proposition, pension provider research and governance, and provides a great opportunity to set the direction of the Benefits Consulting and pension business, helping to differentiate JLT in this exciting area of the market.
