Robert has over twenty years experience at Scottish Widows – most of this in customer facing communication roles. He lead on Scottish Widows digital support for Pension Freedoms making sense of the legislating and communicating in a way customers could understand and more recently has lead the teams who get out and talk to workplace savers. He has been instrumental on many high profile engagement initiatives from Pensions Awareness Day to Pension Engagement Season and runs many of Scottish Widows Adviser and Employer Events. He’s been at the forefront of digital innovations and activity in the pension world notably sharing the learns from millions of Scottish Widows pension policies appearing alongside Lloyds Bank Accounts and how this next level of engagement might change pension engagement for good.
