Mike Reid

Mike is an Executive Director in the Administration Solution business of JLT Employee Benefits. In this role, Mike has responsibility for service delivery to a range of pension scheme clients across the UK, in addition to driving major service improvement initiatives around DC processing and member interaction.

Since the mid-1990s, Mike has worked in a number of roles covering all aspects of DC pensions including operational management (of contract and trust based DC arrangements), operational consulting (including DC market reviews and the selection of DC pension providers), development of IT systems to support DC arrangements (including web solutions to interact with both employers and members), and the implementation of industry messaging standards for the processing of DC investment transactions.

Mike is a passionate supporter of Aberdeen Football Club and can be often found in grounds across Scotland with his head in his hands!
