Marena has over 30 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry starting her career in administration before moving over to consulting roles. In her Mercer career, she has had the unique experience of having worked in all lines of business – Health, Wealth, Career and Operations & Technology both in client-facing and non-client facing roles. Prior to her current role, she was the Digital & Strategic Operations Leader for Asia, Middle East & Africa, leading digital initiatives in the region and running large-scale regional and global projects.
