I have been working in the pensions industry for 18 years, during this time I have worked on DB, Career Average, Hybrid and DC schemes including Master Trusts for both in house and third party administrators. My current role is as the Administration Manager for the Willis Towers Watson Master Trust and I have recently completed the PMI’s Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision qualification.
