Jonathan is a fintech expert with over 20 years’ experience in the areas of pensions, platforms and business focused technology.
His career started in pensions administration of DB and DC schemes with Towers Perrin (now WTW). He then moved to supporting and implementing pensions systems and leading teams with various key industry players including Xafinity (now XPS and EQ), Aquila Heywood and ITM.
Jonathan joined Bravura in 2018 to add additional workplace pensions expertise to the Bravura team, and consults with our large clients and prospects, in addition to our product teams, and across our international business to ensure Bravura continues to deliver to its pensions clients.
Jonathan is the architect leading the Bravura and Delta Pensions Dashboards ISP solution – Dashboards Connect – and is part of the software supplier group and the technical working group of the Pensions Dashboards Programme and consults regularly with TPR, PDP, and industry groups such as PASA, TISA, PMI and the ABI.
Jonathan is a regular platform speaker, blogger and podcast guest and host, especially around the topics of pensions dashboards, AI, automation, consumer choice, and D&I.
Jonathan is a passionate believer in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is one of the Global Leaders for Bravura, he is also the founding Chair of the bYou LGBT+ pillar.
