Passionate about the member and sponsoring employer experience, Jonathan is an experienced leader in his field with over 20 years’ covering communications, marketing, digital services and account management. He has spent the last twelve years in pensions working to ensure services are centred on known customer needs and goals. Jonathan’s background includes wider financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and consultancy.
Jonathan is responsible for developing and delivering RPMI’s customer experience, ensuring key customer touchpoints are understood and continue to evolve with and anticipate the needs of the end users. This work includes supporting the industry-wide multi-employer UK Railways Pension Scheme as well as a diverse portfolio of third party clients.
Jonathan believes that this is a critical time for the industry to seize the opportunity to help improve the UK’s future financial wellbeing.
When not in the office, Jonathan loves to travel, is a passionate Scottish Rugby Union supporter, a beleaguered fan of Newcastle United FC, and a daddy to two wee daughters.
