Isio achieves PASA Accreditation

The Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA), the independent body dedicated to driving up standards in pensions administration, today announced ISIO has achieved PASA accreditation.

Lorraine Harper, Chair of PASA’s Accreditation Committee, commented: “The number of administrators attaining PASA accreditation is growing, with a strong pipeline of applications for the months ahead. Administration is key for the smooth and successful delivery of saver outcomes, and we’re encouraged to see so many firms keen to demonstrate excellence by achieving third party recognition for the service they provide.

“PASA accreditation really is the gold standard for pensions administration. The process is extremely rigorous and not easy to achieve. We were delighted ISIO recognised the value PASA accreditation brought to Premier Pensions and decided to roll this out throughout the whole of the ISIO administration business.”

Girish Menezes, Head of Administration at ISIO commented: “PASA accreditation is a tried and tested certification of pension administration excellence. We’re delighted to demonstrate to our clients, members, and the industry that we apply high standards and controls across our business. With the official joining of our Premier and Isio Pensions Administrations businesses, we are a £26m national business with over 300 people who hold the highest standards in the industry and seek to constantly improve to be even better.

It’s important our clients have confidence in the service we are delivering and know that their schemes and members are getting the best possible experience. The accreditation process is comprehensive and covers all aspects of administration provision including the initial agreement, reporting, data quality, staff development and more.”
