Gemma Rowles is a Projects and Change Manager at Barnett Waddingham responsible for the delivery and implementation of large projects which introduce change to the pension administration business area.
With 18 years’ experience of in-house and third party roles across both the public and private sector Gemma has a broad knowledge of pension administration services. For the last five years Gemma’s key focus has been on developing and delivering internal projects and looking for opportunities to create administration efficiencies that reduce risk and improve both client and member experiences.
Her experience includes working with software developers, analysing business requirements and change management including communications and support before, during and after transition.
Gemma is a PRINCE2 practitioner, Diploma member of the Pensions Management Institute and holds a Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.
