Claire Fuller

Claire is Head of Pension Administration Systems at First Actuarial, with overall responsibility for administration software. She has worked in the pensions industry for nearly 30 years, having started out as a trainee pensions administrator.

Claire has worked in both in-house and Third Party Administration environments with schemes of varying sizes and complexity. She brings her knowledge and experience of data into the data transitions she handles within the business, taking full account of the impact of data structures and anomalies.

She is the lead Implementation manager in coordinating the data transitions of new clients, working closely with actuarial and administration colleagues.

Besides transition work, Claire heads up a team of systems analysts, working closely with IT colleagues on implementations and the development of tools to make the administration function more efficient. Claire believes in listening closely to what administrators need in order to deliver the best member experience.

Claire sits on both the IT and Administration strategy groups within First Actuarial and in her role as an information security representative delivers local training sessions.

Claire holds the PRINCE2 Foundation and PMI level 4 certifications.
