Andy was appointed as a professional trustee by Capital Cranfield Pension Trustees in 2017.
Before joining Capital Cranfield, Andy acted as adviser to trustees and employers at Watson Wyatt, Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow, and latterly as a partner at LCP.
He acts as Chair of Trustees or Co-Trustee to a number of master trusts, stand-alone DB and DC schemes.
He was elected to the DC Council of the PLSA between 2013 and 2018, chairs the Pension Quality Mark Standards Committee and the joint Industry Small Pots Coordination Group. He sits on the DC Asset Security Working Group and PASA’s DC Governance Group. He joined the Bank of England’s Productive Finance Working Group in 2022.
