Steve Richards is part of Rothesay’s TPA Management team within the Operations division. He joined Rothesay in 2017 and is predominantly responsible for the Mercer relationship. Steve also supports many of the TPA Management governance initiatives and was instrumental during the PASA accreditation process.
Prior to joining Rothesay, Steve worked for Capita Life & Pensions for 16 years undertaking a variety of roles including commercial property manager and as a senior relationship manager responsible for the delivery of BPO & ITO services to c1.5 million policyholders.
