Tim is a professional support consultant within the pensions team at Herbert Smith Freehills and has nearly fifteen years’ experience working on pensions legal, regulatory and policy matters. Tim provides technical and strategic advice to clients and helps them stay up to date with the latest developments in pensions law and practice.
Tim has advised a number of clients on the implementation of the Consumer Duty, including administrators and insurers. Tim also works with Government departments, regulators and industry bodies to develop and shape pensions policy and regulation.
Tim is Chair of the PLSA’s Legal Advisory Group. He also works with the Living Wage Foundation to support the roll-out of the new Living Pension employer accreditation.
