Paul has spent the past 25 years working at Capita Pensions developing extensive industry experience through leading operational delivery, transformation and growth in the U.K. and Europe.
Paul is currently responsible for the Data & Remediation business at Capita Pension Solutions providing services to over 400 public and private pension schemes and he is passionate about driving customer-focused change through the utilisation of data, insight, technology and engagement programmes that deliver improvements in value for pension scheme members.
Paul enjoys leading and developing senior teams whilst working closely with clients, customers and stakeholders to deliver in challenging or complex environments, such as time constrained delivery or multi-party solutions.
More recently Paul was responsible for building Capita’s McCloud and GMPe propositions and is also leading Capita’s Pensions Dashboard programme.
Paul is committed to developing people and creating better outcomes for clients.
Paul is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.
