Nic has the experience of working with pension schemes from both an investment and administration angle – twice in the latter area! Starting work in pensions administration with Noble Lowndes, he then made the transition to investment banking where he worked for over 20 years, spending many of these with pension fund CIO’s and investment teams to define fixed income and foreign exchange hedging strategies and execution.
Returning to the administration side with a focus on data improvement, Nic is always looking to utilise technology to improve outcomes for members and schemes. Involved in many aspects of data verification and enhancements to schemes and administrators with a focus on data accuracy, including biometric verification. Nic is an active member of the DCMS working groups on Digital Identity and member of the Open Identity Exchange.
