Keith Everett joined Mercer in 1997 after an 8 year tenure at NatWest. Between 1997 and 2017 Keith held a number of roles within the pensions administration business finishing his first Mercer journey as Manager for the MMC Pension Scheme.
At that time Keith moved to WTW, working in the Business Improvement team and focussing on procedural change. In late 2019, when the joys of rail commuting finally got too much, he returned to Mercer. Keith currently works on the Mercer Business Improvement team, consulting on the many challenges currently being tackled by our industry.
Keith’s varied service has given him over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry with particular interest in pensions administration, pension administration systems, innovation and client management.
