John is a Senior Process & Technical Analyst working in the Administration Services Group (ASG) of XPS Pensions Group. ASG are a central team which assess the impact of legislative changes which may impact clients and administration processes. The team communicate changes to staff via technical updates and face-to-face discussions and maintain an intranet site accessible to all administrators providing a central reference point for technical materials, procedure guidance, standard letter templates and checklists.
