Ian has worked in the pensions industry for over 30 years , briefly as a pension policy salesman and then in pension system development. After a year at Bacon and Woodrow as a software developer, he spent 13 years at Profund Limited. Whilst at Profund he worked a number of key areas; product development , system implementation , system design and sales. In 2002 Ian was a founding director of Procentia Limited (a specialist pensions administration software provider) and is currently the chief solutions architect, looking for innovative technical solutions to the problems faced by pension administrators across many different pension types.
