Hannah is a Senior Client Manager at Intellica. She started working in the Pension industry in 2000 as a trainee pensions administrator where she very quickly realised the importance of high-quality data and the need for this across all aspects of a pension scheme, from settling a member’s DC benefits to undergoing DB de-risking initiatives. Hannah’s career moved into the pension systems and data world in 2005 and she hasn’t looked back!
For many years Hannah managed partnerships with Trustees and their administration teams, developing data strategies to achieve their long-term objectives. Some of these objectives were in relation to data and benefit remediation, whilst others were more focussed on de-risking.
Until recently, Hannah was the Senior Client Manager for UK administration clients at CEM Benchmarking and although Hannah spent only 18 months there, this gave her unique insight into the administration services, member experiences and current challenges of many of the biggest UK private and public sector pension schemes.
Hannah has been awarded EPMI membership by the PMI.
