Graham is a partner with over 20 years’ experience of advising trustees and sponsoring employers on all aspects of pensions law. Immediately prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Graham was a Partner and Head of Legal Consulting (UK) at Mercer.
Graham has broad experience of all aspects of UK pensions law and advises pension scheme trustees and employers on all aspects of pension scheme benefits and design. His key areas of expertise lie in advising trustees and employers in relation to changes required to their pension arrangements, pension scheme mergers/demergers, investment and funding issues, employer debt and corporate guarantees, scheme liability management and pension scheme governance.
Graham is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
