Glen is Master Trust Operations lead for Scottish Widows. Responsible for leading the operational delivery oversight of Master Trust administration and process that support the day to day Operations of the Master Trust and associated reporting requirements to key stakeholders, including senior SW management, trustees and tPR. Specific responsibility for ensuring the supervisory return is submitted on time to the regulator annually. Experience gained over 20 years working in customer centric and senior management operational roles within financial services.
