Fraser is Chief Strategy Officer of Heywood Limited, provider of data driven, technology enabled solutions for workplace pensions. Prior to this Fraser was the CEO of British Airways Pensions, responsible for £25bn of assets and 100,000 members of BA’s UK defined benefit pension schemes. The role also involved Chairing the in-house asset management business, British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited. Fraser spent many years as a consultant, latterly as President of Buck Consultants LLC, the global employee benefits consulting firm. He was Chair of The Scout Association Defined Benefit Pension Scheme and supported the sponsor to reduce the governance burden and costs with a move to a master trust.
