Emma Lynch

Emma joined the Standards Committee in April 2020.

Her current role is DC Benefits Manager at SAUL Trustee Company, where she works with her colleagues to deliver a member-focussed, high-quality service. Emma has over 30 years’ experience in administration (both in-house and at third-party administrators), with a particular interest in effective communication and a drive to deliver modernisation.

Emma believes administration is key to the member’s experience and is pleased to have the opportunity to champion the role of the administrator with PASA, and work to drive the improvement of standards across the industry. She believes we can achieve great results, and industry consistency, by working collaboratively and sharing good practise.
