Emma joined the Standards Committee in April 2020, followed by the Master Trust Working Group (MTWG) in September 2023.
Her current role is DC Benefits Manager at SAUL Trustee Company, where she works on SAUL’s master trust with her colleagues and providers to deliver a member-focused, high-quality service, with simplicity being key. Emma has over 30 years’ experience (both in-house and at third-party administrators), with particular interest in DC administration.
Emma believes administration is fundamental to the member’s experience and is pleased to have the opportunity to champion the role of the administrator with PASA. She believes we can achieve great results, and industry consistency, by working collaboratively and sharing good practice. Emma is delighted to have the opportunity to participate in the MTWG.
