Dawn joined the pensions industry in 2008 and has undertaken a number of roles, gaining experience working on private sector clients dealing with the day to day administration activities, one off projects such as bulk transfers and transitioning a number of schemes to and from other administration providers.
Dawn is involved with new process/system development and implementation with a focus on quality administration outcomes.
A Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute since 2019, Dawn has completed a number of pension qualifications and is currently part of the PMI Mentoring and Development Programme.
