David has 15 years of experience in consultancy and service delivery roles and is the Head of Data and Analytics Solutions at Heywood Pension Technologies.
Two of David’s biggest drivers are solving problems and delivering real customer value; he has a track record of providing reliable and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of pension providers.
David’s role at Heywood is to bring the stories of data to life in order to help funds make informed decisions across all aspects of pensions administration, from enhancing data accuracy to improving operational efficiencies and mitigating the risk of fraud and overpayments.
By working with schemes to harness the power of their data and introduce automated processes, optimal outcomes for schemes can be achieved. David is working with the PASA Value for Money working group to share this knowledge and support them in achieving common goals for pension schemes.
