Alasdair is a Partner and Head of GMP equalisation at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP. With more than 20 years’ experience in advising on pensions he has helped a number of clients through GMP equalisation using both GMP conversion and the year-on-year methods.
He is Chair of the GMP conversion sub-group of the GMP Equalisation Working Group and a member of the methodology sub-group. He is also a member of the Industry Working Group supporting HMRC on the pensions tax aspects of GMP equalisation.
