Adrian has been in the pensions industry for 13 years, starting in pensions admin and moving around between third party admin roles. He then assisted the PPF in their Fraud Compensation Fund team helping members of the public who have been victims of pension scams. Adrian now works in house and has held roles with AB InBev and is now at Citi in their in-house pensions team.
Historically, Adrian has also volunteered for both TPAS and TPO in the early resolution member disputes areas assisting members of the public through complex pension queries where there may have been maladministration.
Adrian joined PASA to share his own experience and knowledge and also to hear from key stakeholders from across the pensions industry with case studies and best practice.
