PASA has today published the third and final part of its Digital Admin Guidance series: Delivering Effective Digital Transformation – Practical Guidance for schemes at all stages of their journey.
Part 3, Implementing Saver-Centric Digital Administration, focuses on how schemes can translate digital transformation strategy into delivery, embedding saver engagement, change management and iterative improvement into day-to-day operations.
The Guidance highlights the importance of designing digital administration around saver needs and expectations, supported by scalable infrastructure, integrated systems and a culture of continuous improvement.
David Fairs, PASA Chair, said: “Digital transformation is now a strategic priority across pensions administration, and schemes are increasingly focused on how technology can improve member experience as well as operational efficiency. PASA’s Digital Admin Guidance series is designed to support practical progress, enabling better conversations and better outcomes for savers.”
Liam McGrath, Chair of the PASA Digital Admin Working Group, added: “Saver-centricity should be the foundation of every digital transformation decision. This final part of the Guidance helps schemes move from planning into delivery, with practical steps on engagement, implementation and change management which can be applied at every stage of digital maturity.”
The Guidance encourages schemes to move away from high-risk ‘big bang’ system replacements and instead adopt incremental, component-based approaches to support continuous improvement while maintaining stability and compliance.
