PRESS RELEASE- PASA appoints Jayne Pocock as Board Director

PASA today announced the appointment of Jayne Pocock as a Board Director, effective 1 January 2026.
Jayne is a seasoned pensions governance specialist with over 30 years of experience spanning
administration, consulting and trustee board management. She currently serves as Head of Trustee
Services at Clara Pensions, where she works closely with third party administrators and the regulatory
regime applicable to Superfunds. Her background includes senior governance roles at Legal & General,
Law Debenture, JLT and Mercer, where she led scheme-secretarial functions and delivered trustee
support services across large DB and DC pension schemes.

Jayne brings to PASA a deep and practical governance perspective, a strategic mindset and a collaborative
approach – qualities that align closely with the organisation’s evolving agenda and ambition.
PASA Chair, David Fairs, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Jayne to the PASA Board. Her
longstanding involvement with PASA as a volunteer, her wealth of governance experience both inside
trustee boards and across administration and her strategic outlook make her an outstanding addition. At
a time when the administration landscape is evolving rapidly, including the impact of AI, regulatory
change and member-expectation shifts, Jayne’s insight will be invaluable in helping PASA maintain its
relevance and continue raising standards across the industry.”

Jayne Pocock, PASA Director, said: “It’s a real privilege to join the PASA Board at such a pivotal moment
for the administration profession. I’ve long been a supporter of PASA’s work and believe passionately in
the value of strong governance, high standards and collaboration across the ecosystem. I look forward to
working with the Board and the wider membership to help shape PASA’s future direction, with a clear
focus on member-outcomes, operational excellence and forward-looking thinking.”
Jayne’s appointment follows a rigorous recruitment process led by Hoffman Reed and supports PASA’s
strategy to strengthen Board capabilities as the organisation continues to grow its reach and relevance.
