Part 4 of the Trustee-Administrator Lifecycle Series

Strong trustee–administrator relationships don’t happen by default.

They’re built over time through clear expectations, structured engagement and a shared understanding of what good looks like.

And, in some cases, they need to be reset.

Part 4 of our Trustee–Administrator Lifecycle Series explores how relationships can be established, maintained and, where needed, strengthened through open dialogue, proportionate governance and a focus on long-term outcomes.

It brings together the themes from across the series, from appointment and transition through to ongoing oversight. It highlights the role administration plays in delivering consistent, reliable outcomes for members.

We’ll be sharing a practical oversight tool later this week to support these discussions in practice.
