Rosie’s life in pensions began as a pensions administrator followed by various roles in employee benefits consultancy, trustee secretarial support, research and training for both in-house pensions departments and third party administrators, leading on technical projects and keeping a focus on the impact of changes in legislation on clients and their members.
In 2022, Rosie joined LCP, where the daily challenge is to identify new compliance requirements for scheme administration and how to put them into practice. This work calls for all-round skills not just technical skills and she is a keen collaborator when working on projects to find pragmatic administration solutions, which often revolve around effective communications with members and clients.
