My background is in pensions finance and risk management with overall responsibility for the pensions finance service to clients from 1999 until 2018. During this time, I was also involved in delivering a number of consulting projects for clients including operational structure reviews of in-house administration arrangements, auto-enrolment implementation and in-house pension payroll projects. In 2018, I moved into a Senior Administration Consultant role and was responsible for ensuring that Hymans TPA was GDPR compliant.. I am currently leading a project to implement an automated member Identity and Verification software solution into administration processes and am keen for the industry to adopt the latest technology to protect the assets of trustees and their members.
