Sonya is the head of Rothesay’s TPA Management Team within the Operations division. She is responsible for managing the three Third Party Administrators that Rothesay outsources its pension administration functions to and, ultimately, for ensuring that all policyholders receive a best in class customer experience.
Sonya has over 20 years’ pension experience and prior to joining Rothesay in 2013 she held a number of pension management roles at Aon.
