Mark is an experienced Scheme Actuary and is Chair of the Pensions Board at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Mark has a passion for enhancing member communications and has focussed on guiding the industry to focus on what scheme members want or need to know, rather than on all the exciting technical stuff we feel we ought to tell them.
