Susan Sinclair

Susan has over 25 years’ operational pensions experience. She re-joined Hymans Robertson two years ago, after four years working in the Trustee Executive team at Aviva. She had previously worked as an operational change consultant for Club Vita and the Third Party Administration practice at Hymans Robertson, following a 20 year career working for employee benefits consultancies, at all levels from administrator to service line leader.

Susan has wide ranging experience and a deep knowledge of the pensions industry. This, combined with her direct experience of providing Scheme Secretarial services to a large insurer, means that she understands the issues Trustees face and can work with them to ensure alignment of operational matters with the Trustee’s strategic direction.

Susan’s operational experience includes both provision of pensions administration services and providing strategic operational consultancy to clients where we do not provide administration services. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement tailored solutions.

Susan’s qualifications include Award in Pension Trusteeship (Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Schemes) and Prince 2 – Foundation and Practitioner.
