Shola Salako is Pension Fund Manager for De Beers UK Limited. She has over 25 years’ experience managing pension schemes and running Trustees Boards. Shola is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, a Senior Examiner for the PMI and has completed an MSc in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics.
