Jo is a Partner in LCP’s pensions administration department. She started her career as a pensions administrator over 25 years ago and has worked for both in-house pension departments as well as third party administrators. Jo has hands-on experience of implementing the practical impacts of the many changes in the pensions industry and has a particular interest in member engagement.
Jo is committed to improving administration standards for both members and trustees and was part of the project team that helped LCP achieve its recent PASA accreditation. She is also a Fellowship member of the Pensions Management Institute.
