Francesca is an associate at Allen & Overy LLP who advises a range of trustee and employer clients on all aspects of pensions law, including regulatory, investment and funding issues, trustee/employer responsibilities, and member complaints. Francesca’s day-to-day work covers a number of the legal issues central to the dashboard initiative, such as record-keeping, data protection and confidentiality. Francesca is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and has in house experience as a pensions legal counsel.
