I joined Mercer (Noble Lowndes), Birmingham office in November 1989 as a Senior Administrator. I transferred to the Solihull office in 1998 and became the Team Manager for a former large in-house pension scheme until November 2005 when I transferred to the Leeds office and initially worked within the Scheme Service Centre.
I am currently part of the National Projects Team working on GMP reconciliations and have been involved in developing processes for Contracted-out reconciliation exercises.
